職務内容

  • Business Development: Understand and leverage data on the on-premise channel to identify opportunities and threats.
  • Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain beneficial relationships with suppliers and outlets. Develop and execute customer plans, including discounts, promotions, and visibility programs.
  • Account Acquisition: Secure new accounts for the brand and maintain strong relationships with key customers. Coordinate training and events.
  • Performance Monitoring: Manage account portfolios, forecast demand, and optimize trade investments for profitable growth.
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and develop a field sales team, fostering a collaborative culture.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with various departments and stakeholders to address issues, opportunities, and performance.
