About Our Client
Our client is Europe based on of the leading telecom company service world wide.
- Implement the defined and agreed Request-to-Cash framework, where needed by getting the support from the appropriate subject matter experts.
- Any agreement stipulated in the contract is to be used as a starting point.
- In case non-standard Third Party Vendors or Partners need to be managed, the scope includes the design of the relevant engagement model, processes and tools.
- Details to be worked out in close cooperation with the client representatives and the relevant subject matter experts.
- Ensure the validation of the defined framework by the appropriate stakeholders on the client side.
The Successful Applicant
- Take ownership of all Organic Growth program related activities in front of the client.
- Support the associated business development and support any pre-sales activities when appropriate.
- Ensure the program reporting, internally and to the client.
- Ensure communication and decision taking is executed as per the agreed governance.
- Provide leadership and manage all people involved in the program.
- Manage the benefits and risks of the program.
- Manage the quality & performance of all activities under the program, in particular the financial performance including the preparation of the budgets, the control of the cost & resources and the change monetization.
