Job Description

  • Lead the planning and implementation of programmes and projects;
  • Liaise and work with senior stakeholders across different business functions to ensure that programmes/projects are delivered according to pre-determined milestones and standards;
  • Understand the business needs of different functions and co-ordinate the resources to implement the necessary deliverable;
  • Proactively engage and establish strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders;
  • Establish strict project and programme governance and standards;
  • Orchestrate and provide timely reporting of project/programme updates;
  • Responsible for the budgets, time line, programme or project resources;
  • Ensure all documentation are recorded accurately and in line with regulatory demands

The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in PMO management and large scale system implementation;
  • Strong and hands-on track record in running and working on PMO function;
  • Extensive experience in setting up PMO governance, standards and relevant policies;
  • Outstanding business stakeholder management skills, project management skills, communication skills and problem solving skills are required;
  • Strong fluency in English is a must, good Japanese is a plus;
  • Good to have PMP, Prince 2, Scrum Master certifications;
