* Management of Customer Service Contracts
* Scheduling, forecasting and progress tracking
* Controlling and optimizing services delivery performance (operational KPIs i.e. SLA, time, scope, quality)
* Co-ordinating the people involved in services delivery
- Technical understanding of Optical transmission
- Market knowledge in Telecommunication industry
- Basic knowledge of Telecommunications procedures and regulations.
- Permanent employee.
- Regular working schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am to 5:00pm (1hour lunch break) - overtime upon discretionary scheme.
- Holidays: Saturday, Sunday and National Holidays.
