This position is for a Project Manager who will lead long-term vision initiatives related to advertising. You will drive large-scale, technically complex projects in collaboration with global teams.

職務内容

  • Daily collaboration with engineers, QA, DevOps, PJM, and PDM teams
  • Leading discussions and building consensus for requirements definition
  • Coordination with PMO regarding governance and budget
  • Reporting to management and executive leadership
  • Proposing and executing process improvements
  • Setting milestones and ensuring rigorous progress management
  • Managing priorities to achieve project goals
  • Conducting retrospectives and maintaining team motivation
  • Demonstrating strong execution to deliver results

理想の人材

  • Approximately 7-10 years of project management experience
  • Experience executing large-scale, cross-functional development projects
  • Practical experience with multiple methodologies (Agile, Scaled Scrum, Waterfall, etc.)
  • Experience using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Asana, MS Project
  • Resource management experience including cost and governance
  • Management skills for globally distributed teams
  • Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation abilities
  • Business-level English communication skills
  • Understanding of cloud technologies
  • Experience in advertising or e-commerce is a plus
  • PMP/CSM certifications welcome
  • Development experience welcome
  • Product-oriented mindset with ability to bridge technology and business
