About Our Client
Our client is a famous luxury retail company from Europe. In their Japanese office they have a well-established team working in an international, dynamic environment. They looking for someone sharing the same passion for the industry to join their team.
- Provide administrative support to the president ( drafting reports, organising event, going to business meeting) .
- Provide secretary support to the president ( including answering phones, arranging couriers, planning and scheduling meetings/managing diaries and arranging meetings)
- Carrying any other special projects required.
The Successful Applicant
- Fluent in Japanese and high business level in English
- Excellent schedule organisation and time management.
- Excellent communication skills
- Efficiency working under pressure
- No previous experience as a personal assistant required
