  • グローバルPeople Strategyのローカル実行
  • 部門リーダーへのHRアドバイス、組織課題の改善
  • パフォーマンス管理、報酬レビュー、タレントレビュー
  • サクセッションプランニング、社員育成
  • 労務対応、法令遵守の確保
  • HRデータ分析と改善施策の実行
  • トレーニング・ワークショップの企画・実施



The Successful Applicant

  • HRジェネラリスト経験5年以上
  • 労働法知識（ユニオン経験があれば尚可）
  • 多国籍環境でのステークホルダーマネジメント
  • 高いレジリエンス・チェンジマネジメント能力
  • 日本語・英語のビジネスレベル
