Our client is a multinational Enterprise software and information technology vendor, providing a wide variety of products and IT consulting services. Their Japan office has around 50 employees and is growing rapidly.
職務内容
- Consistency to track accurate sales forecast with own partner sales strategy
- Ability to approach relevant Partner Executives, key decision-makers, and maintain relationships with business proposals.
- Identify new business opportunities, establish, develop, and maintain relationships with decision-makers
- Work closely with the sales team, managers, and tech teams, to build a successful pipeline to meet and exceed your individual sales quota
- Good communication and logical thinking skills to resolve daily business matters
- Fluency in Japanese, written and conversational English communication skills
- Handle all aspects of the sales cycle including prospecting, development of the partner & end user relationships at all level and the implementation of the account business plan.
理想の人材
- Motivation to achieve business objectives and goals
- 5+ years of sales experience in the IT industry and least 2 years of experiences at partner business sales.
- Knowledge of the Japan IT channel (OEMs, Resellers, and Distributors) business
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
