Job Description

  • Design, develop and deliver high quality, instructor-led and blended employee and leadership development experiences
  • Collaborate with People Team leaders to execute organization-wide programs such as: performance management; onboarding; integration of purpose, vision, values; goal cascade/strategic planning
  • Apply organization design, process and change management methodologies; develop frameworks, models, and tools that enhance the OD/OE competency of leaders
  • Support the management of leader succession planning and work with key leaders to identify and develop a bench of talented leaders for business-critical roles
  • Partner with the People team, senior leaders, and other key stakeholders to understand business priorities and translate into an integrated talent growth and development strategy that yields value for the business
  • Build a reputation of customer-centric excellence and executors as we operationalize our HR Priorities in support of business performance
  • Act as a leader of change and innovation across the business

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Fluency in Japanese (JLPT N1) and business level English
  • 10 or more years experience working in learning and development (training)
  • 5 years' experience in fast-paced, high growth work environment preferred
  • Experience operating as a business partner with senior executive leadership
  • Healthcare experience preferred but not required
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite including Word, Excel, Visio and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge of new and existing learning delivery methods such as online learning, webcasts, mobile, social, video, microlearning, or authoring tools
