Job Description

  • Identify talent gaps, and design plans from scratch to help Business Leaders fill these gaps
  • Plan and execute Talent Development strategies
  • Negotiation with Learning & Development vendors
  • Creation, planning, and facilitation of trainings through different channels

The Successful Applicant

  • At least 3 years of Talent Development experience
  • Sales experience preferred but not required
  • Fluent Japanese
  • Interpersonal skills, and the ability to influence internal stakeholders
  • Project management experience
  • Facilitation skills
