Our client is an international DMC company based in Australia, who provide the best tailor-made, private guided tours in all over the world
- Ensure the highest level of service delivered to customers
- Work with Tour Guides and Customer Experience team to resolve customer service issues if have
- Manage the budget of bookings and provide monthly report to customer.
- Delivery proper training and support to team member to help them achieve their KPI and ensure to achieve KPI of the whole team
- Fluency in English and Japanese
- Minimum 3 year experience in operations
- Bachelor degree or relevant working experience.
- Good problem solving skill
