A leading multinational firm in the lubricant industry with a strong presence in Japan in various sectors.

Job Description

  • turnover, sales, and earnings for sales to a defined group of customers, mainly in the off-highway segment
  • ensuring requirements for specifications and pricing systems of the global OEM customers.
  • identify customer-specific requirements and communicate these within the organisation.
  • coordination and guidance of the local key account managers

The Successful Applicant

  • Commercial or technical degree with experience in sales for customers in the automotive industry or construction machinery industry *Sales experience for lubricant or chemical product is a plus
  • Fluent written and spoken Japanese/Business English
  • Very good negotiation and presentation skills
