Handle inquiries about various products (Smartphones, tablets, ...) and services (e-commerce, payment systems, ...) provided by major global companies.
Initially you will receive a month of online training to acquire basic knowledge of the products and services you are in charge of. After the training, you will respond to inquiries from domestic customers through telephone and email.
