Job Description

  • Ensuring Legal Compliance
  • Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the SLA.
  • Follow up to ensure resolution
  • Keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
  • Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies
  • Take extra mile to engage to customers



The Successful Applicant

  • Has BA Degree and minimum of 12 months internship in any industry
  • Native level in Japanese and Fluent in English
  • Amenable to work in Tokyo 23 wards or Yokohama Minato Mirai
