Job Description

  • Collaborate with global customers and vendors to solve problems and improve products.
  • Address moderate to high-complexity product and network issues.
  • Utilize issue databases, debugging tools, and lab simulations for problem analysis and solution identification, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
  • Stay updated on technology trends to provide quality support.



The Successful Applicant

  • Hands-on expertise in Email and Web Security, VPN, Firewall, AMP, AAA, and Cisco Secure Firewall Firepower 7.0.
  • Experience with Wireshark and basic programming in Python.
  • Customer support experience with excellent handling and problem-solving skills.
  • experience with security technologies, preferably Cisco.
  • Effective communication skills in English and in Japanese.
