Job Description

  • Oversees the deployment and configuration of network solutions, integrating various technologies and ensuring they align with business goals.
  • Designs and enforces network security policies and protocols to protect against threats and vulnerabilities.
  • Analyzes quality metrics and feedback to identify areas for improvement and implements strategies to enhance overall quality.
  • Ensures adherence to relevant quality standards and regulations, and prepares reports to communicate quality performance and issues.
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverable. Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and resource allocations.
  • Coordinate and manage the project team, ensuring tasks are completed on time and within budget. Implement project plans and adjust as needed.

The Successful Applicant

  • Deep understanding of networking protocols, hardware, and software.
  • Skills in leading and motivating a team, resolving conflicts, and ensuring collaboration.
  • Ability to analyze quality metrics, trends, and feedback to drive improvements.
  • Strong skills in both verbal and written communication to interact with report progress, and facilitate team discussions in Japanese and English.
