Job Description

  • Oversee all independent operator and major end user accounts nationally, including contract business and street-level sales
  • Direct and develop the sales team to strengthen relationships with end-user accounts and drive growth
  • Develop and implement a strategic business plan and drive execution of sales targets and company's quarterly focus activities
  • Facilitate the acceptance and launch the company products, enhancing the brand presence and ensuring alignment with the KPI



The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Sales or a related field with FMCG sales experience
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in food service industry with some entrepreneurial mindset
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Native-level of Japanese and business level of English
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced and competitive environment
