Our client is a European Medical Device company with innovative products and a strong market share. They are looking to grow their business in Japan. They aim to set new standards in design, manufacturing and sale of devices.

Job Description

  • Lead all sales and activities for Japan: visit customers, manage sales targets and activities of all sales reps
  • Closely follow up with sales sales activities
  • Define and maintain business relationships with customers
  • Participate in regional events
  • Cooperate with other teams within the business
  • Provide monthly reports about sales, marketing events, market information etc.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor or Master's degree in business or related field
  • Experience as a sales manager
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Experience in the Medical Device industry
  • Strong people management skills, ability to manage a large team
  • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
  • Business level English and Japanese
