職務内容
- Maintaining and growing feed additive sales in the Key Account and assigned territory, ensure it is met/exceeded the budget
- Review key account plans, understand the steps in a sales cycle, how to create progress in a sales cycle, make use of resources in different phases of the sales cycle.
- Maintain overview of customers in pipeline.
- Understand customer need and able to propose solution as well as gather the right resources
- Develop sales forecast and coordinate with Supply chain to ensure sufficient stock and supply to customers
- Maintaining positive customer relations.
- Monthly report sales progress, evaluate sales according to budget.
- Regular updates of the activities and achievements, upcoming issues
理想の人材
- A Bachelor's or Master degree of Science in animal nutrition, agri-business or equivalent.
- At least 8 years' experience as a B2B sales manager in the Feed Additives business or relevant product/ industry.
- Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness.
- Excellent communication both English and Japanese, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
- Experience in preparing sales plans
- Strong negotiation, result oriented, passionate, persistent
