- Maintain and deliver the SLA whilst maximizing productivity in the team
- Develop direct reports and potential leaders.
- Manage a team of supervisors to meet and exceed performance, quality, end-user satisfaction, client satisfaction and any other relevant key operations metrics
- Achieve strategic financial and operational objectives and deliver commitments to client
- You have experience working in a BPO / outsourced call center
- You have 5 - max 10 years experience
- You have managed over 50 employees
- You have a native level of Japanese and fluent level of English
- Work schedule: Tuesday to Saturday (9am - 6pm)
- Work 100% from home
