職務内容

  • Plan, execute, and manage exhibitions, academic conferences, and industry events to generate and nurture leads.
  • Develop and monitor digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, social media, and webinars.
  • Create and localize engaging content for the Japanese market, including customer case studies and product marketing materials.
  • Manage and analyze lead data and CRM systems to track performance and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Work closely with regional and global marketing teams to adapt successful strategies to the Japanese market.

理想の人材

  • B2B marketing experience with a strong understanding of lead generation and campaign management.
  • Proven ability to plan and execute industry events and exhibitions.
  • Hands-on experience in digital marketing tools and techniques, including email marketing, website management, and webinars.
  • Strong communication skills to collaborate across different teams, both locally and internationally.
  • Business-level English proficiency (TOEIC 800+ preferred).
  • A proactive team player with a problem-solving mindset and a drive for continuous improvement.
