職務内容

  • Independently manage hair color brand projects using marketing expertise.
  • Oversee NPD, including insights, targeting, concept development, production, and pricing.
  • Develop and communicate unique selling propositions and product stories.
  • Create and manage marketing materials for both online and offline channels.
  • Track project KPIs and ensure alignment with HQ and local teams.
  • Work closely with stakeholders, partners, and cross-functional teams.



理想の人材

  • 3+ years of marketing experience, ideally in consumer goods.
  • Proven experience in product category strategy, NPD, and 360° marketing.
  • Strong skills in on/offline communication and KPI tracking.
  • Self-driven with a history of independently managing marketing tasks.
