Job Description

  • Design and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to create awareness of the company's business activities.
  • Supervise the department and provide guidance and feedback to other marketing professionals.
  • Produce ideas for promotional events or activities and organize them efficiently.
  • Conduct market research to identify opportunities for promotion and growth.
  • Cooperate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses.
  • Ensure brand consistency through all marketing channels.
  • Use customer feedback to ensure client satisfaction.
  • Report on marketing campaigns' performance.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Marketing Manager should have:

  • A degree in Marketing, Business, or a relevant field.
  • Prior experience in a senior marketing role within the Life Science industry.
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a team.
  • Excellent understanding of market research techniques and databases.
  • Expertise in leveraging social media and digital tools to enhance brand awareness and boost product sales.
