職務内容

  • Collaborate with global brands to design and execute tailored market expansion strategies.
  • Develop and manage brand portfolio strategies, identifying opportunities for new brand development.
  • Optimize distribution agreements and maximize value from existing product portfolios.
  • Oversee the full marketing mix (4Ps) and create business plans and sales forecasts.
  • Serve as a liaison between internal teams and global brand partners.



理想の人材

  • 5+ years of experience in marketing, with expertise in brand management (strategy development and messaging).
  • Proven ability to analyze portfolios and identify growth opportunities.
  • Business-level proficiency in both English and Japanese (including conversational skills).
  • FMCG or consumer goods industry experience is an advantage.
