Job Description

  • Capture and analyze marketing information through the C4 framework (Company, Customer, Competitor, CP).
  • Construct annual strategic plans and rolling 3-year activity plans.
  • Develop market/product demand trends and local competitor battle cards.
  • Analyze customer demand and pain points.
  • Create mass marketing content, including digital materials, seminars, and exhibitions.
  • Regularly communicate with global team members and present Quarterly Business Reviews (QBR) to global leaders.
  • Manage pricing and APA recognition.



The Successful Applicant

  • University graduate with a degree in a relevant field.
  • 5-8 years of relevant professional experience in marketing, preferably in the life sciences industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing and lead generation tools.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Business-level English proficiency.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and adapt to change.
  • Strong alignment with the company's values and a proactive approach to continuous learning and innovation.
