Job Description

  • Strategically plan and prepare for product launches in Japan by overseeing end-to-end project management, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and establishing partnerships with APAC and global stakeholders.
  • Develop comprehensive annual marketing strategies, leading product managers, and working closely with the Marketing Execution team and Education group to create marketing plans, including digital platforms, to enhance client'smarketing message.
  • Evaluate performance against established KPIs, such as market share and sales objectives, and devise effective solutions to bridge any performance gaps.
  • Provide support for regulatory and reimbursement strategies, manage relationships with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), and create training guidelines.
  • Foster strong connections with APAC and global stakeholders, offering hands-on assistance to product managers to ensure high-quality analysis and timely presentations.
  • Mentor and challenge product managers in critical thinking, engaging strategically with the sales team and key customers to boost client's brand, facilitate market expansion, and drive sales.
  • Adhere to local and U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) regulations, along with other regulatory requirements and company policies, while implementing best business practices in designated responsibilities.
  • Maintain positive and collaborative communication with various levels of personnel, including management, customers, contractors, and vendors, demonstrating strong and clear communication skills.

The Successful Applicant

  • Bachelor's degree or its equivalent Experience: Held a managerial position within Consultancy Firms and/or the healthcare industry.
  • Possession of an MBA or Master's level education is advantageous.
  • Demonstrated experience in healthcare marketing and/or product launches.
  • Proficiency in managing intricate projects aimed at boosting sales.
  • Prior experience in the medical device field is an additional asset.
