The Marketing Lead will be the subject matter expert for Events, Public Relations, and Brand Engagement in the Japan market.This role plays a key part in shaping the brand's consumer experience-delivering major events, driving media exposure, and fostering deeper engagement with customers and community members.You will work closely with both regional and global teams to ensure brand consistency and maximize local impact.

職務内容

  • Lead planning and execution of large-scale consumer events and community activations, delivering premium and memorable brand experiences.
  • Manage all PR activities, including media outreach, press releases, press events, and coordination with PR agencies.
  • Drive brand engagement initiatives, leveraging content, dealer collaboration, and experiential programs across the motorcycle, merchandise, and accessories categories.
  • Ensure alignment with global brand guidelines, utilizing regional and HQ marketing assets effectively.
  • Partner with internal teams (Sales, After-Sales, Dealer Development, Product, Regional Marketing) to optimize campaign performance.
  • Oversee vendor management, budget control, and post-event analysis.

理想の人材

  • 5-10+ years of experience in marketing, events, PR, or brand communications within consumer brands, automotive, lifestyle, sports, or related industries.
  • Strong track record in leading large-scale events and managing external communication effectively.
  • Highly organized with excellent project management and multitasking ability.
  • Strong communication skills in both Japanese and English; comfortable working with global teams.
  • Passion for lifestyle, community-driven brands, or mobility-related industries.
  • Creative, proactive, and collaborative approach to problem-solving.
