- Marketing strategy planning and execution: New product launch plan (market launch plan in Japan), market research, management strategy data creation, product sales forecasting
- Collaboration with related parties and departments: Communication with US headquarters, negotiation with OEM suppliers, internal departments (Sales, Finance, Demand planning, Legal / Compliance, Customer Support, Clinical Science, Regulatory, Quality Assurance, Corporate Collaboration and negotiation with Communication / Marketing Communication)
- Product marketing strategy explanation with related parties
- Summary of new product development proposals (global proposals, OEM proposals-collaboration with Business Development)
- Team development, subordinate training
- More than 5 years of marketing experience in the Healthcare industry
- People Management experience more than 1 year
- Japanese ability: Native level
- English ability: TOEIC 750 or higher and conference facilitation is possible
