Job Description

  • Lead a team of 9 professionals across 3 therapy areas, ensuring cohesive strategy execution and operational efficiency.
  • Develop and implement brand strategies to achieve financial targets, making key decisions on resource allocation and budget management.
  • Drive omnichannel marketing campaigns and oversee new product launches, maximizing market impact and brand awareness.
  • Manage the lifecycle of established and pipeline brands, identifying market opportunities and shaping strategies to extend brand profitability.
  • Collaborate with global and local teams, including sales, finance, medical affairs, and regulatory, to align brand strategies with corporate objectives.
  • Mentor and develop team members, fostering innovation and high performance.
  • Ensure compliance with all legal, regulatory, and internal standards, upholding the highest ethical conduct and embedding a culture of compliance within the team.

The Successful Applicant

  • Proven leadership in marketing within the pharmaceutical industry.
  • Line management track record across multiple TAs
  • Strong financial acumen and experience with omnichannel marketing strategies.
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex projects and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strategic thinker with robust problem-solving skills and an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and coaching skills, with fluency in English.
  • Fluent level of Japanese
