職務内容
Key Initiatives
- Aligns with Global strategies and initiatives, quantifies and prioritizes market opportunities and segments
- Localizes and adapts Global and Pan-Region assets and programs to enables Sales and Marketing
- Creates and drives Innovation in a "Test and Learn" environment
Sales Enablement
- Gathers and provides feedback to Global marketing leadership on messaging, marketing, and sales assets needed to enable Sales to effectively engage and influence customers
- Provides Sales team with assets and training on key initiatives, industry trends, and solutions
Innovation
- Accountable for ideating, evaluating, creating, and driving select innovation projects
- Uses marketing experience, research, and local knowledge in development of new ideas
Demand Generation
- Converts Global, Region, and Country Cloud Client Computing strategy into quarterly marketing programs, deploying integrated marketing tactics that align with the buyer's journey
- Leads development and execution of new product launches at local level working with cross functional teams, including Sales enablement, media/PR, awareness and demand generation
Channel Marketing
- Facilitates business growth via the Channels by supporting partners with effective marketing program assets, and facilitating enablement training
理想の人材
- 10+ years experience in marketing IT B2B solutions, ideally in Enterprise / Commercial established accounts, acquisition accounts, and Channel
- Proven ability to build stakeholder networks and relationships of value and trust
- Senior marketing leader experienced in Sales and Marketing enablement
- Analysis and integration of business issues and customer pains into marketing initiatives
- Experienced in structured marketing planning and stakeholder management
- Experienced in driving measurable demand generation, aligned with the customer buying journey, through integrated programs, across the spectrum of marketing tactics
- Experienced problem solver and "trusted pair of hands"
