Job Description

  • Manage marketing campaign operations and drive omnichannel strategy execution.
  • Collaborate with JAPAC/Global teams to implement global campaign frameworks locally.
  • Provide strategic advice on using marketing technology platforms for campaign planning.
  • Coordinate with brand teams, agencies, and service centers for digital campaign execution.
  • Develop and align media strategies with global and local brand goals.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings with stakeholders for training and strategic discussions.
  • Manage external vendors and global support teams to deliver projects and services.
  • Oversee budgeting, OPEX forecasting, and ensure campaign performance measurement.

The Successful Applicant

  • Strong background in digital marketing, ideally within biopharma or consulting.
  • Expertise in using marketing platforms such as CRM and automation tools.
  • Solid understanding of campaign operations, performance tracking, and digital strategies.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proven ability to facilitate cross-functional collaboration and drive decisions.
  • Fluent in Japanese and English, both written and spoken.
  • Leadership skills with the ability to influence in a global, matrixed environment.
  • Flexible and able to manage multiple tasks and priorities independently.
