This role is responsible for planning and executing marketing communication activities to generate high-quality leads for the business. Key focus areas include managing exhibitions, digital marketing campaigns, and content development while working closely with both local and global teams.

Job Description

  • Plan and manage exhibition participation, ensuring smooth execution and lead generation.
  • Develop and execute digital marketing initiatives, including webinars and social media content.
  • Oversee the creation of marketing materials such as catalogs, coordinating with external vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including technical teams and senior management, to translate business needs into marketing strategies.
  • Participate in global marketing meetings and contribute insights from the Japanese market.



The Successful Applicant

  • Minimum 4 years of marketing experience in a B2B environment.
  • Strong project management skills, particularly in event planning and digital marketing.
  • Business-level English (TOEIC 700+), with the ability to communicate with global teams.
  • Ability to grasp technical concepts and translate them into marketing strategies.
  • Proactive and adaptable mindset, with a problem-solving approach to new challenges.
