Job Description

  • Perform manual testing on ecommerce and retail systems to ensure functionality and quality.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.
  • Collaborate with developers and other stakeholders to understand system requirements.
  • Design and execute test cases based on functional specifications.
  • Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing for updated systems.

The Successful Applicant

  • Demonstrates hands-on experience in manual QA, with a solid understanding of testing processes and defect management.
  • Brings prior exposure to ecommerce or retail platforms and can quickly understand customer and business workflows.
  • Communicates effectively in business-level Japanese and collaborates smoothly with cross-functional teams.
  • Shows strong attention to detail, a proactive mindset, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
