Job Description

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements to support decision-making processes.
  • Manage budgeting and forecasting activities to ensure accurate financial planning.
  • Monitor and control costs across departments to enhance profitability.
  • Generate detailed reports and provide insights on financial performance.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with accounting standards.
  • Support audits by providing necessary documentation and explanations.
  • Streamline accounting processes and recommend improvements for efficiency.
  • Assist with tax filings and ensure adherence to local regulations in Minato-ku.

The Successful Applicant

  • Business fluency in both Japanese and ENglish
  • Experience in accounting and finance
