- Has 40+ stores (just opened 2 more) including pop up, has around 380 people in total with 55 in the head office
- Japan reports directly to the HQ with original strategy and often gets support from them.
- Providing full flex time
- The company has a lot of holiday with all Friday from June to August with half day off

職務内容



  • Collaborate with the Marketing & Communication Director to develop comprehensive brand and product campaigns.


  • Execute initiatives to boost brand presence and drive traffic in key cities, closely aligning with Client Engagement and retail teams for tactical support.


  • Work with global media teams, coordinate marketing activation plans with merchandising, retail, and client engagement teams.


  • Develop and implement event strategies, involving global and local stakeholders, managing budgets, and measuring ROI.
