職務内容
- Leading automotive lubricant formulation development project.
- Designing a lubricant formulation that takes into account the interaction between package components and in-house additives.
- Coordination of formulation research and appropriate performance evaluation tests
- Condition adjustment of performance evaluation test according to results and requirements
理想の人材
- Great experience in development of automotive lubricant
- Knowledge of DI package, formulation and performance evaluation test for automotive lubricant
- English conversation that can lead project with global communication
- Good experience developing engine oil or ATF, CVTF
- Background in Tribology, mechanical engineering, polymer chemistry or organic chemistry
