About Our Client

International renown retail company, successful world wide, looking for legal professionals to expand their legal team for the domestic and APAC market.

Job Description

  • Contract management: Draft, Review and negotiate legal documents.
  • Legal advisory: Consult different key stakeholder departments and the board in legal matters.
  • Develop the legal and commercial structure of existing business.
  • Investigation on relevant laws in Japan and internationally.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least Bachelor of Law.
  • Japanese fluent, English on business level proficiency.
  • 3+ years of experience in legal are, either in house or law firm.
  • Team player, aware of Japanese business manner.
  • Self-driven person, who takes the initiative.
