Job Description

  • Provide legal support for all locations in Japan.
  • Drafting/review of various international and domestic business contracts, both in Japanese and English Language.
  • Advising on general corporate laws, commercial and exchange control laws of Japan.
  • Provide legal support for M&A transactions.
  • Policy/internal guidelines/SOPs implementation.
  • General Corporate affairs support.

The Successful Applicant

  • Previous legal experience through In House role or Law firm, experience in labour law a plus.
  • Fluent in Japanese, Business level English (written and reading).
  • Strong Analytic and Problem solving skills.
