Job Description

  • Legal Contract drafting, reviewing, negotiation.
  • Legal advisory of other key departments.
  • Communication with international legal teams in APAC region and globally.
  • Detection and evaluation of legal risk.
  • Implementation of measurement to reduce legal risk.

The Successful Applicant

  • 3+ years of experience in corporate legal in a company or experience in a law firm.
  • English business level (written and reading), Japanese fluent level.
  • At least a Bachelor of Law
