Rapidly growing on the Japanese market, looking for people to take over responsibility to support this growth.

Job Description

  • Legal advisory of key business departments
  • Contract drafting and reviewing in Japanese and English
  • Taking responsibility for B2C typical tasks like, commercial, competitive, false advertisement and trademark law.
  • Be in charge of your personal business unit you work closely with, as well as support the General Counsel with bigger projects.

The Successful Applicant

  • At least LLB or better from a Japanese University or in Japanese law
  • Previous experience with commercial contracts, from either in house or private practice
  • Japanese native level, English business level (written and speaking)
  • Nice to have: Previous experience in False Advertisement law, Trademark law, competition law
