About Our Client

Job Description
- Manage commercial contracts (can share more details over the phone)
- Handle the legal aspect of relationships with vendors
- Develop internal compliance processes and ensure product compliance
- Liaise with the business functions in Japan providing them legal advise
- Work on special projects across APAC
- Report directly to the General Counsel of the business unit who's outside Japan
The Successful Applicant
- Qualified in Japan or any jurisdiction
- Ability to communicate with a broad audience, including businesses, legal and specialized individuals
- Previous experience technology/manufacturing/finance in in-house position OR law firm
- Able to work autonomously
- Fluent in Japanese and English
