·Ensure technical, operational & financial performance in installation, equipment services & maintenance, and upgrades of products.
·Plan & implement annual service budgets, including i-Base development, service works, and drive service sales programs.
·Develop FSE training in coordination with Service Department Manager / team supervisors.
·At least 5 years work experience in Field Service or Operations in fast pace industry environment.
·Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a service sub-division function with good people management skill.
·Intermediate level of English and fluent Japanese.
