Job Description

As a Senior QA Lead, you will be responsible for:

  • Defining and optimising automation testing workflows
  • Leading the development of internal QA tools to support testing efficiency
  • Creating and managing QA tool requirements and overseeing development
  • Monitoring and analysing key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align QA tools with business needs

The Successful Applicant

To succeed in this role, you will bring:

  • Proven experience in test automation and QA process improvement
  • Demonstrated leadership in managing QA teams or projects
  • Strong understanding of automation frameworks and QA tools
  • Business-level English proficiency
  • Japanese language skills are not required
