The client originates from America with a strong presence worldwide as one of the leaders in the hotel/reservation website. In the Japan office, it enjoys are strong growth every year with a strong increase in clients/users.
- Work closely with departments outside of the sales team to ensure clients are receiving the correct services from the beginning to the end.
- Liaise with internal stake holders to ensure all problems have been dealt with swiftly.
- Manage each key member to ensure all have a structural sales strategy to ensure personal and company growth.
- Experience in working within the Tourism/Hospitality Industry.
- Experience managing a team of 5.
- Able to communicate effectively in English and Japanese.
- Business development experience with a key understanding on how to run a business.
- Work in an International Environment.
