Lead Full‑Stack Engineer Driving Secure Cloud Innovation

Must‑have:

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field.
• 5+ years' experience in full‑stack or backend engineering in enterprise environments.
• Strong hands‑on expertise with .NET / C#, ASP.NET Core, and clean architecture.
• Frontend development using TypeScript, React, and/or Next.js.
• Python skills for backend services or automation tooling.
• Solid cloud engineering experience (Azure strongly preferred; AWS/GCP welcome).
• Proven capability in designing secure cloud architectures (identity, networking, access control).
• Experience with unit testing frameworks (xUnit/NUnit/MSTest).
• Knowledge of RESTful/SOAP APIs, relational databases (Azure SQL / MS SQL), and NoSQL stores (Cosmos DB).
• Strong technical documentation, communication skills, and stakeholder engagement.
• Proficiency in troubleshooting, debugging, performance tuning of .NET and JavaScript/TypeScript systems.
• Understanding of Generative AI/LLM fundamentals and experience using LLM‑based productivity tooling.
• Strong ownership, collaboration mindset, and interest in cybersecurity.
• Business‑level English; no Japanese required.

Nice‑to‑have:

• Master's degree in a relevant field.
• Experience with large-scale internet services or consumer platforms.
• Exposure to CI/CD, DDD, microservices, Docker/Kubernetes, distributed systems (Kafka, Redis, Elasticsearch).
• Technical leadership or mentorship experience.
• Prior cybersecurity domain exposure.
• Practical prompt‑engineering experience and LLM integration into applications or automation pipelines.
• Familiarity with Azure OpenAI or similar AI platforms.
• Understanding of AI security, privacy, and compliance considerations.
