Job Description

The main responsibilities would include but not limited to:

  • Localize Training and Talent Development for the business unit you will be in charge of
  • Collaborate with peers and leaders in the US and regionally on how to best improve existing Training plans
  • Work with local leaders and employees on most important training needs
  • Provide guidance to the head of the business unit on future training and talent development plans
  • Facilitate training when necessary

The Successful Applicant

The successful candidate would possess:

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Fluency in Japanese and English
  • Over 8 years of experience localising and creating training plans from scratch (experience in Sales is an advantage)
  • Good stakeholder management skills both in Japan and overseas
  • Result oriented and flexible
