- Installation and troubleshooting of all the hotel systems.
- Be able to answer / tackle the question in a timely manner.
- Provide application (O365, Office, Windows OS etc.) support.
- Minimum four years IT support experience.
- Business English with fluent Japanese
- Strong in helpdesk, network, servers.
Salary up to 5 million based on experience & knowledge
