Our client is a multinational robotics company. They are a leading provider of industrial robots, specializing in the design, development, and distribution of advanced robotic systems. Their cutting-edge technology and innovative products have earned us a strong reputation in the industry. We are currently seeking a Key Account Sales Manager to join our team and spearhead sales efforts targeting Suzuki, a prominent automotive manufacturer.

職務内容

  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Suzuki's business, production processes, and automation needs.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within Suzuki
  • Identify and generate sales opportunities by proactively engaging with Suzuki's engineering, production, and procurement teams.
  • Conduct comprehensive market research to identify potential areas of collaboration and growth within Suzuki's manufacturing operations.
  • Present and demonstrate our industrial robot solutions effectively, highlighting their technical capabilities and benefits.
  • Collaborate with our internal technical and engineering teams to tailor solutions that align with Suzuki's specific requirements.
  • Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms of agreements in accordance with established guidelines.
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, and updates on a regular basis to the sales leadership team.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions to identify opportunities for business expansion.
  • Act as the main point of contact for Suzuki, ensuring excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.
  • Close co operation with the company's Indian operations where Suzuki has the biggest production base

理想の人材

  • Sales experience or background (education) in related fields
  • Experience in industrial automation/robotics, and solution/project sales involving technical products would be an advantage
  • Working fluency in English and Japanese
