職務内容

▪ Serve as the point of contact for all customer account management matters
▪ Build, maintain and enhance strong, long-lasting client relationships
▪ Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits
▪ Develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders and
executives
▪ Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs
and objectives
▪ Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and
external stakeholders
▪ Develop new business with existing clients and/or identify areas of improvement to
meet sales budget
▪ Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. monthy sales results and forecasts)
▪ Prepare reports on account status
▪ Identify and grow opportunities within territory
▪ Assist on client requests or issue escalations as needed

理想の人材

▪ BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
▪ Proven experience as key account manager
▪ Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs
▪ Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships
with professionals of all organizational levels
▪ Excellent organizational skills
▪ Ability in problem-solving and negotiation
▪ Experience with automotive customers is a plus
▪ Good at English, including reading, writing and speaking
