You will be responsible for acquiring new business of driver and passenger seats for off-road vehicle market. You will be also responsible for assessing, clarifying, and validating the consumers' needs on an ongoing basis, maintaining high customer satisfaction and long-term relationship with customers.

Job Description

  • acquire and analyze market and customer trends, industry standards, competitor movements, long term forecast and production plan, new vehicle development plan (national and international as global basis)
  • Establish 5 years strategy and business plan, breakdown into action plans of product promotion for new business acquisition (national and international as global basis)
  • Update and report sales forecast, demand forecast, customer and market topics, new vehicle development plan, competitor movement, new business acquisition, project progress, cost improvement activity
  • Share information with internal team regarding Japanese key customer needs of technical and commercial nature
  • Leading and managing contracts and its negotiation with customer headquarter (national and international as global basis), make decisions to achieve business plan target (after the certain period of training as regional sales)
  • Leading and managing claim-negotiations (quality, delivery etc.) by cooperation with internal team
  • Create new project to develop new product, leading the project by cooperation with project management and related internal team from promotion to mass-production, manage delivery plan of prototype and mass production sample to customer according to customer development schedule and events
  • Plan purchase order to source countries and manage local inventory level in Japan according to the update of customer demand forecast by cooperation with sales administration

The Successful Applicant


At least 5 years of professional experience in Mechanical components or Electrical components sales for Construction, Agriculture or Automotive market in global basis or regional basis in Asia Pacific.

Automotive license and skill of driving are must.
